Background
Eric made the change to business consulting in 2020 after 16 years in the Banking industry. As a Banker, Eric enjoyed working with business owners helping them manage their cash flow, lending and foreign exchange needs, payroll and many other day-to-day services. Eric changed his career path to follow his passion for helping business owners prepare for their future and felt that this could extend beyond his limited scope as a banker. He takes pride in developing a strong network of business professionals, from CPAs to attorneys and Consultants to Business Brokers.

A key part of Eric’s work as a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA), focuses on maximizing business value, driving income, and integrating the owner's personal financial planning with business objectives. Exit planning is simply good business strategy – when done properly, it creates options for owners to transition on their own timeline and terms, while harvesting the full measure of the wealth they’ve created along the way.
Personal
Eric has been happily married to his wife, Rachel, for 23 years and together, they have raised four children. Outside of his professional endeavors, he has dedicated time as a youth athletic coach and volunteered in various leadership and teaching roles at his local church. Additionally, Eric plays bass, guitar, and performs as a vocalist in a local cover band. He passionately supports the Sounders and remains a dedicated Mets fan. Eric's personal experiences as an Executor and Trustee allow him to integrate a wealth of professional and personal knowledge when assisting his clients.
